This appointment consists of an initial consult and an update every 6 months with our Medical Provider is required. HCG will be ordered, compounded, and shipped after your visit, as it is not carried in office.

Injection Day

Neuropathy Treatment

Your first appointment is to fill out paperwork about your medical history and have labs drawn. Your second appointment is with the Medical Provider to review your lab results, answer any questions, and make recommendations for treatment.

Your initial appointment is a preliminary to the consultation. It will consist of initial paperwork and lab work. You will then schedule a follow up to meet with the Medical Provider to review  lab result and provide recommendations for treatment
